According to the agreement's general terms and conditions, contracts must be terminated in writing within the notice period. The notice period for the contract can be found in the terms and conditions of the contract in point 4: "Duration of the lease and termination". If we have not received written notice of termination witihin the deadline, the contract remains binding until terminated in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the contract.
If you wish to end your contract before the end of the contract period itself, you must pay the remaining rental obligations until the end date of the contract. The duration of the agreement can be found on the front of the contract.
Termination of an agreement must be sent to us in writing via e-mail. At the end of the agreement, you can choose to buy out the equipment or return it in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contact us and we will inform you about your agreement and its general terms and conditions.
