For a change of legal party with a different organization number, we must make a transfer to a new company. Credit approval by the acquiring company is required before a possible transfer can be made, and both the existing customer and the new customer sign a declaration of transfer.
There us a fee of NOK 2000+ VAT. per agreement that is invoiced to the new tenant.
Please contact us regarding which agreement you wish to transfer, and the reason for it. Provide the new customer's organization number, as well as complete contact information and e-mail address for those with signature rights.
